Ernst & Young Enlists Vaden For New Pinnacle Tower Office
Professional services firm Ernst & Young LLP has moved to the fifth floor of the Pinnacle Hills Tower 1 building in Rogers and named David Vaden, a partner in the firm’s tax practice, as managing partner.
“I’m very excited to have this new opportunity,” Vaden said. “We will continue to serve our clients here and across the state.”
Vaden said his plans as managing partner include expanding the firm’s mid-sized company business.
“David is a consummate professional and has an outstanding reputation as a tax adviser, serving both global and domestic clients in the state,” Randy Cain, managing partner of southwest region of Ernst & Young, said in a press release. “David is very focused on understanding the client’s business needs and aligning the right resources and technical abilities to bring value to his clients. We are pleased to have him now leading our office in Northwest Arkansas.”
Vaden has been with the company since 1996, primarily handling corporate global tax services, tax accounting, acquisitions, restructurings, incentives and tax compliance.
A University of Arkansas graduate, Vaden received the 2013 Walton College Department of Accounting Distinguished Alumni Award.
Vaden replaces Norm Prestage, who has taken on another leadership position in the firm.
Ernst & Young previously was located across the street from the tower, in two separate offices. The new office combines the two, accommodating the branch’s current 36 employees with room to grow its staff, according to Ernst & Young.
