Pediatrics Plus said it will establish a new state of the art facility in Russellville in order to expand its services.

Pediatrics Plus is undergoing a $4 million acquisition and renovation of the former Hog Wild Fun Center, a 23,000 sq. ft. space. Additionally, Pediatrics Plus will hire 50 new jobs in the region.

Pediatrics Plus provides physical, occupational and speech therapy, early intervention services, and family support to the children and families of the River Valley area. With the new facility, the company will expand to add a developmental preschool to serve children birth to six years of age with special needs.

“We are very excited about the expansion of our services in Russellville,” said Amy Denton, physical therapist, and owner of Pediatrics Plus. “We have been providing therapy services to the River Valley Community for almost 8 years. We are excited to now be able offer our full array of services to this growing community.”

The facility is expected to open in late spring 2014.
