Arvest Bank is unveiling a new marketing campaign with a new tagline, “Our customers say it best,” which is reinforced by interviews with real Arvest customers at their local bank branch.
The campaign will be anchored by five new 30-second television commercials, and will also include print, online, social and other advertising. The commercials are already running in a few markets including the River Valley, Tulsa, Oklahoma City and Joplin, Mo.
Wendi Phillips, an advertising manager with Arvest, said a film crew of seven people and two cameras interviewed 137 customers and collected 40 hours of interviews at five Arvest locations — downtown Bentonville, downtown Little Rock, Tulsa, Oklahoma City and Poteau, Okla.
Phillips tells us the commercials will begin running in Northwest Arkansas, Little Rock, Kansas City and Springfield, Mo. in early March. The bank expects to have an additional five commercials produced by the end of the year.
