Promenade, NWA Mall Will Open Thanksgiving Day

Eager shoppers will be able to get a jump on Black Friday sales this year at local malls.
Both the Pinnacle Hills Promenade in Rogers and the Northwest Arkansas Mall in Fayetteville will join numerous retail chains in opening their doors to customers on Thanksgiving evening.
Although both malls open at 8 p.m., whether its stores will be open at that time is determined by each individual store.
At the Promenade, Aeropostale, American Eagle, Banana Republic, Bath & Body Works, Claire’s, JC Penney, Jos. A. Bank, Kirkland’s, Rue 21, The GAP, Ulta and Target will open at 8 p.m. on Nov. 27
The Buckle, Charlotte Russe, Francesca’s, Finish Line, Forever 21, Game Stop, Gordon Jewelers, Hibbett Sprots, Hollister Co., Hot Topic, Icing, Justice, Lane Bryant, Maurices, New York & Co., Sunglass Hut, Victoria’s Secret and Zales will open for Black Friday sales at midnight Thanksgiving Day.
Northwest Arkansas Mall stores that will be open early have not been announced, but marketing manager Rhonda Bramell said 25 of its stores will open at 8 p.m., with a second group of stores opening at midnight.
All Best Buy stores in the area will open on Thanksgiving at 6 p.m. Old Navy stores will be open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., close for three hours and then re-open at 7 p.m.
Some retailers are offering an incentive in addition to great savings on Thanksgiving. Old Navy is offering the first 500 customers in line at each of its 1,027 locations a chance to win $1 million. Northwest Arkansas Mall shoppers will get a chance to register to win an iPad Mini, and the first 500 shoppers will receive a free Northwest Arkansas Mall-branded quilted tote bag.
