New York Investor Acquires Rogers Retail Property

Fayetteville investor Gary Nichols recently sold an asset in Benton County for $2.68 million.

The property, Sports Park Plaza at 2100 W. Hudson Road, now belongs to 2426 University Avenue LLC, a company based in New York.

2426, by the way, is headed up by Sabina Barszap. That name may ring a bell with eagle-eyed Whispers readers.

We told you last spring Barszap, a sculptor living in the Bronx, bought the Pine Crest Private School at Southwest Liberty Avenue in Bentonville for $2.58 million.

Barzsap continues to lease the school to Phoenix Children’s Academy Inc. of Scottsdale, Ariz. It’s a given she’ll do the same to the existing tenants at the Hudson Road property.
