William Dark to present slideshow at Janet Huckabee Center

Guest photographer, William Dark will be presenting a slideshow of his work at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Janet Huckabee Arkansas River Nature Center, 8300 Wells Lake Road.

Dark has been spending quality time in the wilderness capturing beautiful scenes with his camera in hopes that it will inspire you to visit some of these places.
He has spent most of his life in the Ozark Mountains of Arkansas and grew up in Northwest Arkansas — God’s Country some call it. He received his master’s degree in 1986 and worked as a geologist in East Texas and Oklahoma then returning to Arkansas.
He has been published in several regional and national magazines, as well as displayed in many professional offices throughout the Southwest.
