Pleasant Grove Auto Zone Sold in $1.83 Million Deal (Real Deals)

An auto parts development in Rogers recently sold in a $1.83 million deal.

Community Bank of Raymore, based in Raymore, Mo., acted as agent in the purchase on behalf of six tenants: Bebe and Tom Dunnicliffe Charitable Lead Trust; Jacqueline B. Charno Charitable Lead Trust; Kern E. Kenyon Revocable Trust; David L. Fayman Trust; Faith Fayman Strong Amended and Restated Trust; and Laura Martin Gunn Amended and Restated Trust.

The tenants bought the Auto Zone development at 1074 W. Pleasant Grove Road from Hillcrest Holdings LLC, led by Gary Nichols.

The 7,360-SF building was built in 2007 on 1.02 acres and appraised in 2012 for $753,950.

Hillcrest bought the development in April 2008 from PBB&N LLC, led by Stephen W. Plunkett and David E. Boerner, for $1.82 million.

PBB&N bought the land in February 2007 from Park Central LLC, led by Michael Charlton, for $532,000.

 

Medical Property           

The site of a former women’s clinic in Rogers was sold recently for $690,000.

VCH LLC, led by Peter Levshin, sold the 8,502-SF building at 1222 W. Poplar St. to Situs Cancer Research Center Inc.

The two-story building was appraised in 2012 for $758,350.

PCI Advance Title LLC of Rogers was the closing agent.

VCH bought the building in November 2006 from Terry E. Cox and Associates LLC for $780,000.

Cox bought the building in July 2005 from Mercy Health System of Northwest Arkansas Inc. for $686,000.

Mercy bought the building in June 1998 from RCW Properties for $830,000.

 

Angel Falls Abode

A new home in Phase I of the Angel Falls addition of northwest Bentonville recently sold for $438,000.

Craig and Jana Mickey bought the 3,500-SF home on Northwest Angel Falls Drive from Homes of Distinction Inc. of Bentonville, led by president James D. Cooper. The deal was backed by a 30-year, $393,750 mortgage held by U.S. Bank NA of Bloomington, Minn.

HOD bought the 0.44-acre lot from Southwest Cattlemen’s Corp. in August for $45,000.
