New Neighbors on Fayetteville Square

Whispers told you in August about local NBC affiliate KNWA-TV’s move from the Campbell-Bell building on Fayetteville’s downtown square to The Dickson on — where else? — Dickson Street.

Now we’re telling you who is about to take KNWA’s place on the square. Terra Tots co-owner Rebekah Champagne said the “natural parenting store” will move from its current home in Fayetteville’s Mill District to the square sometime during “the first half of March.”

Champagne said KNWA’s former home has been reconfigured into two retail spaces, and Terra Tots will fill one of them — about 1,700 SF. Champagne said the move will allow Terra Tots to expand its inventory — primarily products aimed at new families — and hopefully benefit from more foot traffic than at its previous location. Terra Tots also will maintain classroom space for its community outreach programs.
