Citizens Bank and Trust Company of Van Buren has announced the addition of Russell Johnson as vice president/loan officer. He will be located at the main bank at 3110 Alma Highway.
Johnson began his banking career with Merchants National Bank in Fort Smith in 1989. Initially in loan review, he remained with the organization through several names changes, spending the last 10 years as a commercial loan officer with Regions Bank.
He graduated from Northeastern State University in 1988 with a bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting. He also graduated from Carl Albert Junior College in 1985.
