Home Bancshares promoted employees Donna Townsell and Eric King.

Townsell was promoted to the position of Vice-President of Corporate Efficiencies, which will cover all bank locations throughout the Alabama Gulf Coast, Arkansas and Florida. Each operating arm of the bank will be monitored by Townsell for all sources of revenue, expenses and daily processes to maintain a maximum level of corporate efficiency.

Townsell has served as Project Manager for Centennial Bank for the past five years. A graduate of Conway High School, Townsell also received a Marketing Degree from the University of Central Arkansas.

Eric King was promoted to Marketing Manager, AVP, encompassing bank-wide marketing efforts for over 100 locations. King joined the bank in 2007 as a lending officer before assuming the role of public relations officer in 2009.

King holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Central Baptist College. He is also the graduate of the Faulkner County Leadership Institute, as well as several Commercial and Basic Lending Schools. King has received additional training in bank security and public relations.

“These two individuals have proven to be key team players within the bank’s operations. I contribute much success for our Build-A-Better-Bank (B3) campaign to Donna’s efforts, and she has shown great leadership, professionalism and attention to detail,” said Home Bancshares Chairman John Allison. “Eric has proven to be an outstanding ambassador for the bank, and goes above and beyond to serve its entities. His efforts have been exceptional in leading the Marketing team.”
