Mitchell Communications Group of Fayetteville picked up two awards recently.
MCG was named as one of the “50 Fastest-Growing Women-Owned/Led Companies” by the Women President’s Organization and American Express OPEN.
After ranking No. 48 last year, MCG jumped to No. 26 in 2012. To qualify, businesses must be privately held and have reached revenue of at least $500,000 by the first week of 2007 and $2 million in 2011.
MCG saw revenue grow from $3.6 million to $11.5 million from 2009 to 2011.
MCG also was named 2012 Small Agency of the Year by The Holmes Group, which annually hands out its SABRE Awards.
