Little Rock Insurance Adjustment Firm To Benefit From Regions Business

Central Adjustment Company, Inc. (CAC) is expanding its claims management insurance adjusting and third-party administrator business thanks to a new deal with Regions Insurance.

The move translated to a more than 50% increase in positions for Little Rock-based Central Adjustment.

President David McCullough tells Talk Business that CAC has entered into an agreement to transfer Regions Insurance’s adjusting and third-party administrator business to Central Adjustment. The agreement went into effect on April 1.

“As a result of this transfer of Regions Claims Management to Central Adjustment, we have added 18 to the payroll — 16 in Arkansas and 2 in Ohio,” McCullough said.

With the 18 additional employees, CAC now employs 52 workers with 39 of the employees in Arkansas.

Central Adjustment Co., with home offices in Little Rock, dates back to 1932 when the company was founded by Earl Snapp. It is a regional multi-line, full service independent adjustment and TPA firm with 22 offices in Missouri, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Tennessee, Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, and Mississippi.
