Students will meet at the UAFS Center for Lifelong Learning and travel to Bentonville, AR. Celebrate the American Spirit with works that span five centuries of American masterworks ranging from the Colonial era to the current day. See iconic images such as Norman Rockwell’s Rosie the Riveter, Asher B. Durand’s Kindred Spirits, and Maxfield Parrish’s The Lantern Bearers, each reflecting a distinct moment in American artistic evolution. We are revisiting the galleries featuring a series of pavilions and a museum store nestled around two creek-fed ponds, sculptures, and gardens in a beautiful Ozark landscape.
