Rhomberg joins Sparks Health System

Sparks Health System has announced a new orthopedic surgeon to its team of specialists.
Dr. Edward Rhomberg, a board-certified orthopedic surgeon, is now available for appointments at Sparks Orthopedic Center, located in the Sparks Medical Plaza, 1500 Dodson Ave., Fort Smith.
Rhomberg received his medical degree in Orthopedic Medicine from the Medical College of Virginia. He served in the U.S. Navy and completed his residency at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego.
As the first surgeon in Arkansas trained in the MAKOplasty surgical system, Rhomberg is able to perform minimally invasive partial knee replacement procedures with less pain and faster recovery times for patients.
Rhomberg’s other orthopedic interests include adult reconstructive surgery, sports medicine, foot and ankle surgery, upper extremity surgery and general orthopedics.
