Aikido Japanese Self-Defense
Aikido Japanese Self-Defense – James Jones
Aikido is a powerful and dynamic martial art practiced by ordinary citizens, military and law enforcement groups, medical personnel, security organizations and women’s groups. Whatever their backgrounds, practitioners enjoy Aikido not only for its defensive skills and fitness benefits, but as a "Way" of internal training and development. Aikido stresses the avoidance of inflicting injury and the peaceful resolution of conflict whenever possible. Aikido technique, though extremely flexible and effective, requires little physical strength to perform.
