Buffington Homes Closes on 50 East Fayetteville Lots

Clayton C. Carlton of Fayetteville, through his Buffington Homes of Arkansas LLC purchased lots 1-51 of Horsebend Estates of Fayetteville in late May.
Carlton paid White River Bancshares Co. $1.85 million for the property. White River is the holding company for Signature Bank of Arkansas.
White River took possession of the land in November from BLG Development LLC, which was owned by Bob L. Gaddy of Fayetteville. No money was exchanged for the land at that time.
Horsebend Estates is north of Arkansas Highway 45 and east of Arkansas Highway 265, about 4 miles from the intersection of Township Street and N. Crossover Road.
BNB Purchases Springdale Hangar
BNB LLC, a Delaware corporation, recently purchased a 17,625-SF hangar and surrounding land at 1200 S. Old Missouri Road in Springdale for $1.1 million.
The building and land was purchased from Signature Bank of Arkansas. Signature took possession of the property through a warranty deed transaction in March from Gary Combs LLC.
Gary Combs LLC gained possession of the property through a warranty deed transaction from Qualified Escrow LLC in 2007. Qualified paid $1.27 million for the hangar in 2004.
Improvements on the property include 200 liner feet of six-foot fencing and 29,330-SF of paved surface. The hangar is adjacent to the Springdale Municipal Airport.
Signature Builds Rogers Homes
Signature Builders, owned by Devon Ross, recently purchased six building permits valued at a combined $684,966 for single-family homes in Rogers.
Four of the homes are in the Brentwood subdivision, located at 1200, 1202 and 1208 Berkeley Ave. and 1200 Cunningham Ave.
Signature also has two homes at 5503 S. 60th Place and 6005 Sage Drive, in the Liberty Bell South subdivision. The homes start a 1,275 SF and $119,900. Amenities include brick exteriors, tile flooring, granite countertops and partially fenced yards.
Subcontractors include BBB Septic Services of Bentonville, Raul Fencing & Repair of Fayetteville, Brad’s Plumbing of Lowell and Air Control of Springdale.
