Brian Williams has been promoted to branch manager for Arvest Bank at the Rye Hill location in Fort Smith.

Williams has been with Arvest for four years and was assistant branch manager in his previous position. He graduated from the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
