Little Rock Co. Buys Goshen Home for $2.4 Million (Real Deals)

NWA Big A LLC of Little Rock recently purchased a home in Goshen for $2.4 million.

The home at 2677 Bowen Blvd. sits on 161.54 acres along the White River. The property includes a farmhouse, a horse barn and a pond.

The farmhouse was built in 1927 and contains 2,890 SF. NWA Big A purchased the property from Gaddy Investment Co., which purchased it in 2007 for $3.6 million.

The purchase was financed with a $2.2 million loan from First Security Bank.

John Wade is the registered agent for NWA Big A LLC. Bob Gaddy is the registered agent for Gaddy Investment.

Hiba Purchases Springdale Home
Mason Hiba recently purchased a home in Springdale for $520,000. The 3,656-SF home is located at 2436 Willow Bend Circle in the Willow Bend subdivision. The home was purchased from Michael and Gayle McMullin, who bought the land in 2002 for $65,000.

The home was built in 2003. It includes a swimming pool.

Firehouse Leases Bellafont Space
Firehouse Subs recently leased space in the Bellafont development on Joyce Boulevard in Fayetteville. Franchisee Jim White signed a five-year lease for 2,460 SF.

The store relocated from its previous location on E. Citizens Drive in Fayetetville.

The space, located at 1364 Augustine Lane, was listed by Colliers International for $20 per SF per year.
