Cosmopolitan Crisis Averted

Since we told you in our last issue that John Nock and Richard Alexander, the owners of the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Fayetteville, were facing a criminal summons for failing to remit HMR and supplemental beverage taxes, we feel compelled to tell you that they are back in the city’s good graces. The owners have paid the full $12,867 that had been late without any action required by the city prosecutor.
