MarketPlace Grill Featured by Deen
A local restaurant chain is featured in the latest issue of Cooking with Paula Deen.
MarketPlace Grill, which has locations in Springdale, Fort Smith and Conway, is praised for its “flaming queso dip” on page 94 of the popular Food Network host’s March/April magazine, which includes the recipes for the dip and seasoning.
The article advises anyone traveling to Little Rock to make a side trip to Conway to check out the dip, which is served in a skillet and set afire when presented.
Restaurant Management Group LLC owns MarketPlace Grill and also operates freestanding MarketPlace Express locations in Fayetteville and Rogers. It has Express mall locations in Fayetteville and Fort Smith as well.
Since August 1995, the restaurant has taken more than 350,000 orders for the queso dip.
