Company Buys Prudential Franchise

Northwest Arkansas Real Estate LLC of Bentonville has purchased the Prudential Real Estate franchise in Northwest Arkansas.
The new firm will be called Prudential Northwest Arkansas Real Estate. All of the company’s employees will be retained.
Owner Stacy Walton said the alliance with the 130-year-old company will help his firm’s customers by taking all of its services, including property management and commercial, to the next level.
NWARE will celebrate its second anniversary on July 11. It debuted at No. 9 on the Business Journal’s annual list of Largest Real Estate Firms with $84.3 million in sales in 2006.
