Realtor to Join Colliers Dickson Flake Partners

Since the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal profiled up-and-coming Realtor Joel Sanders in our March 26 issue, his phone has been ringing off the hook with job offers.
“I had two or three serious job inquiries and several others just wanting to talk,” Sanders said. “But I kind of knew which direction I wanted to go.”
That direction means he’s leaving Allred Properties of Fayetteville for a position as a commercial agent with Colliers Dickson Flake Partners in Bentonville. He’s set to start at the end of May.
Sanders was a full-time student during 2006 when his sales volume reached an impressive $6.27 million.
