Fair Park Fills Space

Paradigm Development Enterprises Inc., owner of Fair Park Center, a 27,500-SF commercial property at Interstate 540 and Arkansas Highway 112 in Fayetteville, recently filed permits for finish-outs for 10 of its 15 suites.
The building is 40 percent leased with 11,200 SF sealed and a couple other potential tenants in negotiation.
Current tenants include Kwal Paint and Tulsa-based Health Care Essentials, a medical equipment company. Signs Now, currently located on North College, will also be moving to Fair Park.
The building permit issued for the project in 2005 valued the property on 2.4 acres at $1.78 million.
