Taxes Pin Pinnacle Partners

The Benton County delinquent tax list recently became part of the public domain and several names on the list caught our attention.
In fact, three of the same names continued popping up on various companies that were reported as being delinquent.
Bart Bauer, Dominic Geric and Guy Rizzo were listed as partners with Central Park LLC, Landquest Holdings LLC, Oxford Ridge LLC, The Pinnacle Land Group LLC and Pinnacle Woods Creek LLC. Collectively, the groups had $118,175.62 in delinquent taxes.
Other substantial totals we found on the list were attributed to Arkansas National Bank ($106,244.58), Meredith Duncan Investments LLC ($69,501.20), Lakewood Village LLC ($58,393.71), Decision Point Inc. ($50,458.19), Castle Group LLC ($45.222.68), Bubbs Investments LLC ($38,255.21), and Gary Brandon Enterprises Inc. ($25,040.95).
