P.F. Chang?s Slated For Pinnacle Promenade

P.F. Chang’s China Bistro will open its second location in the state Oct. 2 at the Pinnacle Promenade in Rogers, two days before the much-anticipated mall is scheduled to open.

P.F. Chang opened its first location in Little Rock in May last year.

The “full-service upscale casual dining restaurant” offers traditional Chinese food. Laura Cherry, spokeswoman for the Scottsdale, Ariz.-based company, said the food is wok-cooked and made to order.

The 6,700-SF restaurant seats about 160, with room for about 25 at the bar. It has about 150 employees.

Chang’s lunch and dinner menu consists of appetizers — such as spare ribs and its famous lettuce wraps — soups, salads, seafood, chicken, duck. Other traditional food items are almond cashew chicken, Lo Mein and Moo Goo Gai Pan.

The free-standing restaurant will be located at 2203 S. 45th St.
