Jimmy John’s Set To Open Third Location

Troy Links, franchise owner of Jimmy John’s in Washington and Benton counties, will open a third location at Sunset Station in Springdale — a new shopping center located on the corner of Reiff Street and Sunset Boulevard. It is scheduled to open in December.

The 1,200-SF gourmet sandwich shop will employ about 30 people and have seating for about 30, Links said.

The menu is the same, with eight-inch sub sandwiches piled with choices such as turkey, ham, roast beef or salami. He said the restaurant will also offer catering, boxed lunches and delivery within a 10-minute range.

Links, whose company is TJL Enterprises LLC out of Huron, S.D, has two other locations in Bentonville and Fayetteville.

The Bentonville location had $251,204 in food sales, according to the city’s tax records of the first six months of the 2006 fiscal year (December through May). The Fayetteville location had $377,779 in sales, according to the city’s tax records for the first six months of 2006.
