Out-of-state Investors Flip Land in Bella Vista
Since National Recreational Properties Inc. of Irvine, Calif., began snatching up Bella Vista real estate last year, we hear a land flipping bonanza has ensued in the village.
Brandy Bronson, a closer with Bronson Title Service Inc. in Bella Vista, said some lots that were selling for $500 in January 2005 now fetch $15,000.
Maybe that’s a good thing. Seems like land prices in Bella Vista had been stagnant before the recent rush.
Maybe those television commercials featuring actor Erik Estrada from the 1970s show “CHiPs” got out-of-state people in the mood to invest in Benton County real estate.
