USA Drug Heads for Evelyn Hills
Pine Bluff-based USA Drug filed paperwork with the Fayetteville Planning Office in mid-August saying it wants to build a 3,500-SF store in the northwest corner of the parking lot of Evelyn Hills shopping center.
But Gain Robinson, real estate director for USA Drug, played down the potential development.
“The plans are being submitted at this point for approval,” he said. “It’s not a done deal.”
Robinson did say that opening a new store at Evelyn Hills would require closing the store USA Drug has two blocks away at the corner of College Avenue and North Street.
