Tortillas Prototype Slated for Bentonville
Jason Pullman and Terry Willson plan to open the first Tortilla’s Mexican Grill in September in Bentonville.
The entrepreneurs, known collectively as Tortillas Mexican Grill LLC, plan to open their second location in Siloam Springs this fall.
The first Tortillas will occupy 2,500 SF of space in a 20,000-SF building owned by Barry Cooksey of Bentonville. The south end of the structure will be home to Northwest Arkansas’ first Starbuck’s coffee shop.
The owners, who are based in Bentonville, describe the concept as “the Panera Bread of Mexican food.” It will be an upscale, fast casual restaurant that is fresh, and healthy, Pullman said.
Eventually, they hope to build about seven Tortillas restaurants in Northwest Arkansas.
