John Lehman and Arnold Lehman of Lehman Properties in Rogers already have three lots under contract at their new Riverside at Shady Grove subdivision off the King’s River in Carroll County. The Lehmans bought the river frontage from Henry Johnson in February for $360,000 and plan to buy some more from David Price.
The subdivision is a little more than a mile off of U.S. Highway 62 on County Road 327. They plan to add an additional 25-lot phase to their existing 94 acre, 32-lot development.
The two- to three-acre lots sell from $50,000-$70,000. Glen Crenshaw of United Country Little Switzerland Realty is the listing agent and a future resident there.
