Originally from Littleton, Colo., Seth Mohorn earned two degrees from York College in Nebraska one in business administration and one in secondary education. nWhen he graduated in 1994, he moved to Little Rock where he taught at a private high school for three and a half years. When his wife became pregnant with their first child, he started looking around for a job that would allow her to stay home. nHe found that and a great complement for his two degrees, he said. He took a job with Jerry Wilson & Associates, the providers of Dale Carnegie training for Arkansas and the Memphis markets. He moved to Rogers in 2000 to manage the northwest territory which had previously been owned by an Oklahoma company. nIn the four years Mohorn has been in Rogers, he has doubled the sales of his office and added another employee. His goal for the next five years is to grow sales by 12 to 15 percent each year and add two more full-time people to the consulting staff. nMohorn said one of the greatest mentors in his life besides his father, was a soccer coach who taught him to put forth a great effort, to work as a team and to get involved in what he asks others to do. n
