An 18-hole, championship golf course and residential community, Clear Creek is being developed by John Tyson, CEO of Tyson Foods Inc.; John Flake, chairman of Flake & Kelly in Little Rock and Brandon Rogers, managing partner of Fayetteville’s Orion Realty. Renowned links architect Robert Trent Jones II is the course designer.

The largest lot sold so far at Clear Creek is a 3.35-acre tract for $489,000 that Cheryl Tyson bought March 19. She is John Tyson’s sister.

The development will ultimately feature 250 home sites, an activity center, swimming pool, restaurant and fitness center.

We’re told two other monster lots at Clear Creek, one for $435,000 and one for $428,000, are getting nibbles but are still up for grabs.
