Bank of Gravett Expands With Centerton Branch
Bank of Gravett is apparently expanding in Centerton with a new 6,500-SF branch under construction there. Neither John R. Meade, the bank’s chairman, or Malcolm Winters, who will manage the new location, returned calls for information.
Bank of Gravett got a 1.11 percent return on its $176.467 million in assets last year. It also posted a 7.49 percent return on equity and had net income of $1.888 million.
Hight-Jackson Associates P.A. of Rogers is the lead architect on the project, and Branco Enterprises Inc. of Neosho, Mo., is the general contractor.
The retail bank will have four drive-through lanes, including one for commercial customers, an ATM and a night deposit box. No additional information was available.
