Re-Tooleying

Russell Tooley has moved from the corporate complex human resources manager at Tyson Foods Inc. to a division HR manager in Springdale.

Tooley’s role will switch from hiring in the corporate complex to having complex managers report to him. Tyson has 35 complexes nationwide, including eight in Arkansas. A complex consists of a feed mill, hatchery, processing plant and the individual growers.

Chuck Yarbrough is now the corporate complex HR manager. He was previously in an HR position at a division, which requires much more traveling.

Michelle Eisner remains the senior vice president of human resources at Tyson.
