Shell Spivey got a loan of $920,000 from First State Bank of Lonoke on Sept. 22 for the final financing of his Happy Days Car Wash and surrounding land in Rogers.
Happy Days, which opened in June, is at Professional Park on 3515 W. Walnut Ave.
