Mason Hiba, the owner of Mason’s Leather Boutique and Departure, both in the Northwest Arkansas Mall, is negotiating with the owners of the Campbell-Bell building to open a 2,400-SF upscale store there.
r”We are in talks with them right now, but we haven’t announced anything yet,” Hiba said.
rTentative plans also call for a small coffee shop within the store.
rSixth Street Development Co. purchased the historic Campbell-Bell building on the downtown Fayetteville square last year for $730,000.
rRenovation of the century-old department store building began last fall and are still under way.
