George’s Inc., the Springdale-based poultry company, on Sept. 8 purchased a building permit valued at $1.03 million for expansion on one of its plants.
rWhile no one at George’s would volunteer information concerning the expansion, it will be a second phase addition to the existing deboning plant located at 701 1/2 Porter Road in Springdale. The total size of the plant will eventually be 32,783 SF.
