Osage Partners on July 14 got a $2.1 million loan from Community Bank of Northwest Arkansas to build a 20,000-SF office complex at Pinnacle Point in Rogers.
Osage Partners consists of Collins Haynes, Bill Schwyhart and Clifford Nies.
Baldwin & Shell Construction Co. is the general contractor for the project, which is still under construction but already has about 60 percent of the space pre-leased in the one-story building.
