Developer Tom Terminella of Terminella & Associates in Springdale has broken ground at his Woodland Estates at the corner of Howard Nickell Road and Arkansas Highway 112 in Fayetteville. The $5 million development is being financed both by McIlroy Bank & Trust Co. and First Financial Bank in Fayetteville.

The 76-acre development is divided into 10 parcels that can be divided into seven 8.5-acre lots and three 4.5-acre lots. The larger lots are $199,900 each and the smaller ones range from $94,900 to $99,900.

He’s also already got 10 homes built at his Candlewood Subdivision that’s just north of Vandergriff Elementary School and the intersection of Crossover Road and Mission Boulevard. That 45-acre, 59-lot development is cut into 0.5- to 1-acre lots that sell from $69,000 to $95,000 each.
