Fayetteville Club Reshapes Mortgage

Bob Shoulders, managing member of Athletic Clubs of America LLC, refinanced his 50,000-SF Fayetteville Athletic Club and seven acres of property at 2920 E. Zion Road in Fayetteville. He got two loans totaling $3.8 million Dec. 13 from Arkansas National Bank.
The facility includes a gymnasium, racquetball courts, an indoor track and a swimming pool with a retractable cover. Shoulders and his wife, Katherine Shoulders, are considering adding tennis courts or equipment for children’s activities on the property.
The smaller $255,438 loan included all of the facility’s equipment and furnishings.
