Myers Remodels Local Apartments

Carl Myers, through his company Myers Apartments of Fayetteville, is remodeling the Brook Allison Apartments II at 2660 Wedington Drive.
The $675,000 purchase and remodeling project is being financed by McIlroy Bank & Trust Co. of Fayetteville.
Myers is doing his own general contract work again, after recently completing the $750,000 purchase and remodeling of the original Brook Allison Apartments at 1701 N. Lewis Ave. Myers bought the properties from Leon Edens and Hugh Smith.
Brook Allison II contains 36 one-bedroom units that will soon have new carpet, fixtures, windows and a variety of other improvements.
The apartments are about 650 SF each. Exterior renovations will include new roof, siding and fences.
Myers is still seeking tenants for Brook Allison II.
