Fairpark Apartments Coming to Fayetville

Jim Lindsey is building an $8 million apartment complex at 1165 Joyce Blvd. in Fayetteville that will include a leased area by Arkansas Athletes Outreach.
Through his company, Fairgrounds Apartments Management Co., Lindsey got a loan May 18 from McIlroy Bank & Trust Co. of Fay-etteville for the project. The property includes 22.38 acres and Lindsey will do business there as Fairpark Apartments.
The complex will include 228 units ranging from 530-SF one-bedroom apartments to 1,000-SF custom two-bed apartments. Amenities will include standard appliances inside the units plus a communal clubhouse, swimming pool, and tennis and volleyball courts.
A portion of the property will be leased by AAO for the construction of new offices and indoor and outdoor training facilities.
Lindsey Construction Co. is the general contractor for the development.
