St. Louis Bread Co. plans to build a 4,682-SF restaurant at the intersection of Front and Sain streets in Fayetteville. The restaurant will seat 165 diners and employee 15 workers.

Chris Parton, an engineer with Crafton, Tull and Associates of Bentonville, says approval from the Fayetteville Planning Commission may take two months, and construction could be completed this fall.
