Charles M. Cameron, trustee of the Cameron Trust, sold three Springdale office buildings Jan. 6 to Triad Properties LLC. Triad President Bob. L Downum and Secretary Sandra S. Downum signed the warranty deed.
The properties totaled $600,000 and 14,000 SF with the largest being a 4,800-SF office building at 903 W . Johnson Ave.
Also included were office buildings at 880 S. Thompson St. and 120 N. Thompson St. All three contain retail shops and offices.
Downum’s new properties are all currently occupied, but space for new tenants may soon be available.
