National Hydraulics and Fabrication Inc. of Springdale plans to build a $250,000 building on Kawneer Drive in the Springdale Industrial Park to consolidate its business.

Marc Crandall, the project developer, says National Hydraulics currently has several locations around Springdale. Operations at all of those locations will be moved to the 8,000-SF building on 1.7 acres of land in the Industrial Park. The company will be able to store and rebuild hydraulic equipment at the new site.

The large-scale development was approved by the Springdale Planning Commission on Jan. 5. The final plat will probably be approved in February, says Crandall. He says construction will probably take two months to complete.
