Haynes Sells Lot in Pinnacle Pointe

A 5-acre vacant lot at the corner of U.S. Highway 71 and Champions Drive was sold June 26 for $475,000.
Collins and Cynthia Haynes of Rogers sold the land to David Watson of Los Angeles. Watson is developing Pinnacle Pointe, a commercial subdivision, on the land. Collins Haynes is a Rogers architect and developer. The day of the purchase, Watson transferred ownership of the land to Hushop LLC of Monroe, La.
Hushop LLC received a $650,000 mortgage on the land July 21 from Progressive Bank of Monroe. The loan was signed by Mickel Husted and Reabert Bing Bishop as managing members of the company and Hal Hinchliffe as senior vice president.
Construction is scheduled to begin this month in the development. Plans include a 10,000-SF A.G. Edwards & Sons Inc. building, a 24,000-SF retail outlet and a 50,000-SF office building.
