For the past few months, we’ve grown accustomed to reviewing the Northwest Arkansas media in this column. But we recently found ourselves on the other end of a review — by a dog no less.
In the Aug. 6 issue of the Fayetteville Free Weekly, the author of a column titled “Dog on the watch” writes: “Dog got back into town just in time for another Northwest Arkansas newspaper war. Funny thing about it, with umpteen dailies, they’re still getting scooped by the weekly Northwest Arkansas Business Journal. Of course, the BJ doesn’t have those girl-talk columns runnin’ like editorials, so it’s all in what you want.”
For the record, the Business Journal is a fortnightly publication — that means it comes out every other week. But we appreciate the pug, er … make that plug, nonetheless.
