Recycling Technologies Inc.

Delbert “Pete” Allen Jr., and his wife, Pat, now own 5 percent of the outstanding stock of Advanced Environmental Recycling Technologies Inc. In an Aug. 12 announcement, the company said the Allens now own 1.253 million shares as the result of voluntary warrant conversions.

Pete Allen is president and CEO of Allen Canning Co. in Siloam Springs. Allen Canning is the largest independent canning processor in the country with food-processing plants in five states.
