Israel Buys More Land at Signature Square

Schmieding Enterprises Inc. sold 9.6 acres adjacent to Signature Square in Springdale for $590,000 on June 22.

Schmieding sold the land to Ben Israel, who bought Signature Square earlier this year for $3.5 million. Israel bought the additional property under the corporate name of Signature Square Properties Limited Partnership. Robby Zink signed the deed as secretary of Schmieding Enterprises. Schmieding financed the purchase with a mortgage to Israel for $540,000.
