Springdale Business Centre Sells in $1.8 Million Transaction

Gary and Sherri Brandon sold their interest in the Business Centre at 3291 S. Thompson St. in Springdale on May 26 for $1.8 million to Howard Higgins and Ben Israel.rHiggins and Israel financed the purchase with $1.67 million and $135,000 mortgages from McIlroy Bank & Trust of Fayetteville through the corporate name of Business Centre Properties LLC of Fayetteville. Both men signed the mortgages as partners in the company.rHiggins already owned one of the seven lots in the development. He deeded that lot to the company May 26.rTenants in the Business Centre include Sylvan Learning Center, Volt Services Group and Allstate Insurance Co. The center was built in 1995 and 1996. One lot of the development remains vacant.
